WITH MINDFUL SATURDAY, YOU WILL TAKE PART IN THE EARLY MORNING YOGA CLASS AT THE HOTEL AND LEARN ABOUT FOREST BATHING (JAP. SHINRIN-YOKU).
In Japan, this method is even considered medicine and is recognized as preventive health care under the name Shinrin-yoku. Forest bathing can take many different forms, but in essence it's about being in nature, immersing yourself in it and being aware of it with all your senses. Forest bathing also teaches you to focus your attention better, which can be enormously useful in stressful everyday situations.
- We move with slow steps through the most beautiful forests of the Upper Engadine.
- You come to places off the beaten path and experience nature in a new way.
- It's about slowing down, pausing, and reducing.
- New perspectives are developed, and some viewpoints change.
Included Services
Course content:
- 1 yoga lesson
- 1 shinrin-yoku session
Duration: 3.5h: Yoga at 8 am (1 hour), Shinrin-yoku 12–2:30 pm (2.5 hours)
