Regula Saner

Qualified psychologist and federally recognized psychotherapist. Her basic psychotherapeutic approach is body psychotherapy according to David Boadella. She trained as a mindfulness, MBSR and MSC trainer in 2000 and 2010 with the developers of the programs (Jon Kabat-Zinn, Christopher Germer and Kristin Neff). She is certified by the University of Massachusetts and the University of California, San Diego. She has been deepening her practice in mindfulness for more than 30 years with experienced Buddhist teachers and teaches it in secular settings in courses, trainings, at universities and in companies.

Lutz Hempel

MBA, has been a management consultant at ICG Integrated Consulting Group for over 20 years and is co-managing director of the German branch. He is co-founder of The Flourishing Circle and the Swiss Inner Development Goals Hub, a member of the team at the Center for Mindfulness Basel and the Mindful Economy Network, a certified mindfulness teacher, Leadership Circle Profile Consultant, passionate musician and father of two.

Dr. phil. Daniel Hausmann-Thürig

Psychologist FSP, Certificate of Advanced Studies UZH in health-psychological lifestyle change and Mind Body Medicine. He has worked for many years as a research associate in the Applied Social and Health Psychology team at the University of Zurich in research and teaching. His areas of expertise are applied decision research with a focus on medical and health psychology, as well as behavior change and the implementation of mini-breaks in everyday life.

Anne-Marie Flammersfeld

She is a certified sports scientist and has been working as a personal trainer with her company “all mountain fitness” in St. Moritz for over 12 years. She is also a master’s student in psychology, a mental coach, a cardiac therapist, a keynote speaker, a municipal councilor, and an ultra-trail runner.

Hanna Geiger

M.Sc. psychology student at the University of Ulm, Mind Body Specialist at Hotel Maistra, certified yoga and meditation teacher (RYS 200). Hanna Geiger supports and accompanies the guests, instructors and experts in all courses.
